Room was lovely but a bit small for wheel chair access. Wheel chair cant get to basin but bed legs was high enough to get hoist under which we have big problems with around australia ..if cant get hoist legs under bed its no go so a big big plus for u guys ..the place was amazing!
Our family of four stayed in a 2 room superior cabin. The cabin was spotless with everything we needed. The park is great, with 2 pools, mini golf, giant chess board and a short walk to the river and Berri Motel where we had a scrumptious meal. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.
This park is in a great location as you can walk to town or walk along the river. The facilities are fabulous, with more family friendly things being constructed while I was staying there. Two pools for swimming and water play, lots of green grass and shady trees. All the staff I met were friendly, courteous and happy to help. I would definitely stay here again.
Such a beautiful riverside holiday park it has all you would want for a relaxing time. They are currently working on a put put coarse that would please the regulars who visit. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Plenty of variety 3 bedroom cabins along with green grass sites and gravel sites with oversized caravans. Enjoy your stay I am.
After staying at this park for many years, with enjoyment. WE WILL NOT BE STAYING ANY MORE, due to the unpleasant way we were treated by the NEW manageress, she needs to take lessons on how to deal with customers...(Customer Service is a good place to start??) I was appalled by the way she conducted herself as a manager, If you don't want to deal with people you should find another job more suitable.Just remember the customer is ALWAYS right even if they are wrong, start dealing with the query in a more personable manner. Attitude is a very important part of customer service.Just remember people talk of poor service, of attitude and how they are treated.Bouncing and flinging arms about is not customer care nor is telling your clients you don't care how long they have been coming, and, that you can fill your spaces/rooms a 100 times. (They don't care) they want you to listen to them. This does not wash with some clients, after all it is YOUR clients that pay your bills.Our dealing with you in your unpleasant way could have been resolved far differently and made for a more pleasant stay with us re booking...But...No we will NOT. Mannerism/Politeness/Understanding should be the key to your business.Making your clients/customers feel uncomfortable, should not even be part of their experience.It appears reading some of the feedback we are not alone.As a manager you should be more assertive to the nature of the enquiry of your clients.
